House Rules — Sole D'Oro

1. General Provisions

These House Rules set out the terms of service, liability and conduct applicable to guests staying at Sole D'Oro, located at Via Tenente Gaspare Romano 90, Mazara del Vallo, Sicily.

By making a booking and checking in, guests confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to comply with these House Rules.

The rental agreement is valid for the period specified in the booking confirmation.

2. Check-In, Check-Out and Registration

Check-in is from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

To complete the mandatory guest registration, guests are required to send a photo or scan of a valid identity document (national ID card or passport) to soledoro10@gmail.com prior to arrival, or at the latest at check-in.

Late-night arrivals or delays must be communicated to the property in advance.

If the apartment is not vacated by 10:00 AM without prior arrangement, the property reserves the right to charge for an additional night.

3. Conduct and Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not disturb other residents of the building or the neighbourhood.

Only registered guests may stay overnight on the premises. Unregistered visitors are not permitted after 10:00 PM without the owner's consent.

4. Smoking and Parties

Smoking — including cigarettes, other tobacco products and e-cigarettes/vaping devices — is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Any breach of this policy will result in a charge of €150 to cover deep cleaning and odour removal.

Parties, bachelor/bachelorette celebrations and other loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. Breach of this rule may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

5. Pets

Small pets are accepted only if declared at the time of booking and approved in advance by the property.

Pet owners are fully responsible for any damage caused by their animal and are required to clean up after it.

6. Use of Facilities, Air Conditioning and Waste Sorting

Guests are kindly asked to use electricity and water responsibly. Air conditioning should be switched off when the apartment is unoccupied or when windows are open.

Guests must follow the waste sorting rules in force in the Municipality of Mazara del Vallo and dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins.

Before leaving the apartment, please make sure all windows and doors are closed and all electrical appliances (except the refrigerator) are switched off.

7. Liability for Damage and Lost Keys

Guests are fully liable for any damage, breakage or missing items caused by themselves or their visitors during the stay.

Any pre-existing damage or faults noticed on arrival should be reported to the property immediately.

A charge of €50 applies for lost or damaged keys/access cards.

The property is not responsible for cash or valuables left unattended in the apartment.

8. Final Provisions

Any matters not covered by these House Rules are governed by Italian law (Codice Civile).
